Monday Sketch Group
The Monday Sketch Group will be a semi-formal practice group for anyone who wishes to improve their drawing skills.
Each Monday 1pm - 3pm 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th December an exercise and a subject will be chosen for the group.
Participants should bring an A3 or bigger sketch book or paper.
Graphite, charcoal, and or drawing pencils, kneadable erasers.
$2 per person per week to participate
Northern Rivers Coast 2 Country Water Run No.1

Northern rivers Coast 2 Country Water Run is glad to announce we will be making our first water run to the drought effected area of Coonabaraban before Christmas. We will be delivering a semi trailer of water pallets and hosting an event at the local Coonabaraban Golf Club. There will be a local band and fun for the kids as well as a BBQ. Everyone is welcome.
Coona Computer Confidence Club
Last Monday of the month is the Coona Computer Confidence Club 10-11:30am at SPACE. Open to all, a new topic every month, refreshments available - gold coin donation optional.
Coonabarabran Be Connected computer education and advice. Mondays 10-12 (not on public holidays) - Federal Government initiative to get everyone on the internet. Aimed at over 50's but anyone can attend. FREE

Join us for late night star gazing under the dark southern skies and see in 2020.
Come along for our exclusive NYE event - BYO alcohol - we will supply non alcoholic drinks and grazing platters - vegetarian and gluten free options available. Local catering by Grazeaway.
Enjoy star gazing at its best with Donna the Astronomer - be entertained, educated and have fun as you count in the New Year and enjoy seeing galaxies, nebulas and star clusters through our telescopes. Limited numbers and bookings required.
